Its well placed between Puerto Banus and Marbella within the renowned urbanisation of Senorio de Marbella. Residents enjoy magnificent well kept tropical gardens, 24hour gated security,use of four swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, two full sized tennis courts, two paddle courts, a children’s play area, saunas, and a restaurant which is opens the week before Easter and closes at the end of September. Senorio is widely considered to be the most prestigious Urbanization on the Golden Mile.

The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, and a sunny lounge with French windows  that open onto a small south facing balcony which looks across rooftops and gardens towards the sea. There is satellite TV in the lounge and master bedroom, and wireless broadband throughout.

The apartment sleeps four in a double and twin. The double bedroom has French windows opening onto a charming Juliet balcony which overlooks fountains and orange trees in the courtyard below. The twin is light and bright sharing the same lovely view.

The bathroom is conveniently situated between the bedrooms and is tiled from floor to ceiling with a huge walk in marble floored shower that has plenty of hot water, and good pressure.

The nearest beach access past the well known ‘Puente Romano Hotel’ is within a fifteen minute walk. Once on the beach, its a twenty minute amble along a well graded beach side track into Puerto Banus or thirty five minutes into  central Marbella. A stroll along the beach into town for dinner, and a taxi home make for a very pleasant evening.  Anyone who plays golf will see that there are a handful of clubs near by including the long standing Aloha Club.

In short it’s an elegant base for a luxurious family break in quiet comfort, within easy reach of the beach, local night life, and down town shopping.
